I bought a 2015 vw passate. 29 days later the car broke down on me. It cost over 800 to fix, I purchased this vehicle with a co-signer, after 6 months, we decided to transfer my vehicle into my name only to find out that after only 4 months in my name, the car dealership took power of attorney over me BEHIND MY BACK and transferred everything to the co-signer. When I called the dealership they acted like they couldn't even remember who I was. I didn't understand why this had happened because I made all of my payments on time and kept full coverage on my vehicle. Needless to say, my co signer wanted the car out of her name because she moved back to Mississippi, I couldn't get the vehicle in my name because I couldn't find a lender willing to loan to me do to the fact it already had a lease on it. I lost this vehicle after paying on it for almost a year. THNX BIG BLUE AUTO SALES.

I just so happened to stumble across a car I wanted as I have had every generation of it but that particular one. There was some vibration so they were nice enough to put brand new rotors and brakes. There was a concern I had where I almost walked but it was made right. It was done in a very timely manner. The vibration was coming from the brakes and rotors BUT there was still a vibration. Steve scheduled for me an alignment because he said that may be the case promptly and has answered any and all questions. Steve was extremely nice not a sleeze ball salesman trying to make his commission. He understood my concerns, addressed them to who calls the shots and they kindly fixed everything I had concerns about. See Steve if you want an honest guy who will at least take the chance and ask if you have a concern.
